*Since the event is senstivie for getting sold out, we are closing the pre-order period sooner than the actual closing time at WITHMUU.
🚚 Release Date: The shipping of the orders will start at least 1~2 weeks after the event ends on WITHMUU (22nd of July).
📌 Unboxing video required : As proof of product defect / damage / missing, you must provide a full unboxing video without pausing or editing from the moment you hold the sealed/unopened package/box/envelope in your hand before you start opening it. Small spots/scratches on the photocards cannot be compensated as they come like that from the organisers.

ℹ️ What does sorting mean? it means you can select the member you would like to receive the POB photocard for, BUT it's not 100% guaranteed as you might get another member. We will sort and try to get you the member you selected, but as mentioned, we cannot guarantee it. Please be aware of this before purchasing, as any missed information is your responsibility.
📦 Important information regarding the shipment: This will need at least 4~5 weeks of processing after this event ends. Upon delivery, if there is a missing or damaged product, additional delivery, replacement or refund is possible only for those who have an unboxing video. This to be sent to WONDERNARA within 3 days of receipt of the product.
