As proof of product defect/damage/missing items, you must provide a full unboxing video without pausing or editing, starting from the moment you hold the sealed/unopened package/box/envelope in your hand before you begin opening it.

This is essential for us to assess and expedite necessary actions such as additional delivery, replacement, or refund. The video must be sent to WONDERNARA within 3 days of receipt of the product.
